GUM AND MUCOUS MEMBRANES DISEASES
Many patients complain of gum bleeding, roots exposition, teeth loosening or
even tooth loss. For a long time cause of these symptoms was unknown, but
today we know, that main suspect is parodontium disease.

Bacterial dental plaque is considered to be main local inflammatory factor.
Most often it causes gingivitis and exacerbation of existing, chronic inflammation
in parodontium tissues.
Dental plaque grow on all dental surfaces, gum mucous membranes and prosthetic
fillings in the mouth. Mature dental plaque is mineralized after some time and
becomes dental deposit.
