PERIODONTOLOGICAL TREATMENT

Therapy is long lasting and difficult, as in any other chronic disease.
Depending on indications different methods are used:

• Systemic disease treatment
  
• Education in professional hygiene
  
• Bite correction
  
• Anti inflammatory treatment – pastes, washing liquids, gels
  
• Surgical procedures
  
• Parodontium regeneration

Doctor in our clinic will examine not only teeth, but also gums.
Number of specialistic tests will be performed. Next, in case of
any gums or parodontium problems, you will be referred to
periodontology specialist.

Dr Grzech (our periodontist) after detailed examination, will establish
current status, severity of disease and suggest therapy plan.

Pantomographic x-ray will be helpful, because it enables to give
more precise diagnosis. The severity of disease determines the time
necessary for therapy.

Our goal is to eliminate bleeding and unpleasant oral smell, and also
limiting the depth of pouches in order to eliminate the risk of infection –
and this way to improve good feeling and general health.
