CONTROLLED BONE REGENERATION

By this term we understand number of surgical procedures
aimed at reconstruction of destroyed dental process bone.

The main objective is reconstruction of regular function and
aesthetics of bones and other tissues.

These are the causes of bone damage:

1. parodontium diseases – damage caused by bacterias in dental plaque,
inflammation in parodontosis leads to gum and dental process destruction
2. periapical lesions - it comes to destruction of bone tissue in course
of pulp diseases
3. teeth extraction, with large bone loss
4. implantation – in case of insufficient amount of bone tissue

We use among other:

1. Bone substitutes
2. Obstructing bromides
3. Preparations – Emologain

Choice of right method is individual and established at the beginning of therapy.

Controlled tissue regeneration is highly sophisticated and costly method.

depends on strict following of hygienic rules and coming for follow-up visits.
