LOBAR PROCEDURES

It is performed, if there is a necessity for insight of root and bone
structure and to perform surgical operation under visual control.

We perform different kinds of procedures.
Depending on individual indications we perform:

1. resection

    2. radectomy – cutting off the root in order to improve tooth prognosis

    3. premolarization – changing molar tooth into premolar tooth by cutting it into two

    4. hemisection – cutting off and removal of one half of the tooth in premolar bottom teeth

Not always lobar procedures is equivalent with resection procedure, frequently it is done
under visual control:

• remove inflammatory granulation
  
• remove infected root tissues, perform bone and tooth plastic procedure
  
• clean pouches in parodontium and bone defects
